Refund policy

Returns:
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, you can not return your item to receive credit in the form of an Astylar E-Gift Card.

Please follow the guidelines to return your item(s):

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• No make up, stains, damages and/or strong smells.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, and accessoires are non-returnable.
• Returns are processed within 4-7 business days after your item(s) are received.

 

Astylar doesn't provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. [When returning please return with a tracking code].

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please, send us an email at hello@astylar.eu before sending your item to our return address.
